1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TaxYuga website and services. By contacting us, sharing documents, or engaging us for any service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

TaxYuga provides tax preparation and compliance assistance, including:

• Income Tax Return (ITR) preparation and filing assistance
• TDS refund computation and claims through ITR filing
• GST registration and periodic GST return filing
• TDS return filing and Form 16/16A support for businesses
• Bookkeeping, accounting and business registration support

Services are delivered remotely, primarily through WhatsApp and email. Specific scope, timelines and fees for each engagement are as communicated to you before work begins.

3. Your Responsibilities

• Provide complete, accurate and genuine documents and information. All filings are prepared based on what you share; you are responsible for its correctness.
• Review and approve the prepared return/computation before filing. Your approval (including via WhatsApp message) is treated as authorisation to file.
• Respond to document requests in reasonable time — delays close to statutory deadlines may make on-time filing impossible.
• Keep copies of your own records. We provide acknowledgements after filing, but original document custody remains yours.

4. Fees, Payment & Refunds

• Fees are quoted per engagement (e.g., per return or per month) before work begins and are payable as agreed — typically after you approve the prepared draft and before final submission.
• Once a return or form has been filed/submitted, fees for that engagement are non-refundable.
• If we are unable to deliver a service you have paid for, and the failure is on our side, we will refund the fee for that service in full.
• Government fees, late fees, interest, penalties and taxes are always payable by you and are not included in our service fees.

5. No Guarantee of Refund Amounts or Outcomes

Any tax refund depends entirely on your individual facts, the documents you provide, and processing by the Income Tax Department. "Maximise your refund" means we diligently apply all deductions and exemptions you are legally eligible for — it is not a promise of any specific refund amount, timeline, or outcome. Assessment, processing, and refund release are controlled solely by government authorities.

6. Nature of Service & Professional Disclaimer

TaxYuga provides tax preparation and compliance assistance. Information on this website is general in nature and does not constitute legal, investment or financial advice. For matters requiring statutory certification, audit, or attestation, services are rendered by or under qualified professionals as applicable. You are encouraged to seek independent advice for complex matters such as litigation, search/seizure, or international taxation.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete or false information/documents provided by you.
• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by government portal downtime, technical outages, or events beyond our reasonable control.
• Our total liability for any claim arising out of an engagement is limited to the professional fees actually paid by you for that specific engagement.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of refund interest or opportunity.

8. Communication Consent

By contacting us on WhatsApp or sharing your number, you consent to receive service-related communication (document requests, drafts, reminders, acknowledgements) on WhatsApp, SMS or email. You may opt out of promotional reminders at any time by messaging "STOP".

9. Intellectual Property

The TaxYuga name, logo, website content and design are our property and may not be copied or used without written permission.

10. Termination

Either party may end an engagement with written/WhatsApp notice. You remain liable for fees for work already completed. We may decline or discontinue service where information appears false or unlawful activity is suspected.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Udaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms or our services.
